At Affordable Pet Labs, we want you and your pet to love your new gear; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, we offer easy returns within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your pet apparel in its original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure faster processing of your refund.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will notify you once your refund is processed.
